Britain’s domestic spying agency MI5 has arrested four people for plotting to perpetrate terrorist bombings throughout Britain, local media reported.

The spying agency said the group was plotting to attack a British army base using a remote - controlled toy car packed with explosives which they planned to drive under the security gates. According to London prosecutors London ' s Counter Terrorism Command and the MI5 captured the suspects in a joint operation. Britain ' s Crown Prosecution Service labeled the four as being " dangerous and committed terrorists. " The suspects resided in Luton, north of London. Each man entered a guilty plea last month to planning to commit terrorist acts against the U. K, the reports said.
