Fresh Saudi airstrikes have left dozens of people dead in residential areas in Yemen’s western Sana’a Province.

According to al-Masirah television network, the bodies of at least 30 people were recovered from the rubble of an inn in Sana’a province’s Arhab district, which was hit by Saudi air raids.

At least 70 people have been killed in the air raids which were carried out on Wednesday.

Saudi Arabia also targeted security centers in the south of Sana’a City, killing two Yemenis and injuring more than 10 others.

Yemeni army forces and allied popular forces also launched rocked an artillery attacks on positions held by Saudi mercenaries in several areas across Yemen.

Riyadh has been leading a brutal military campaign against Yemen since 2015 to eliminate the Houthi Ansarullah movement and reinstall former Yemeni president, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, who has close ties to the kingdom.

Failing to achieve its goals, the Saudi aggression on Yemen has killed thousands of Yemeni civilians and led to a humanitarian crisis in the impoverished state.

Saudi Arabia has been condemned by international human rights groups over disregarding civilian lives in its aggression against Yemen.
