At least 8 people were killed; they are four citizen women, three children and a man, and 8 others were injured, in a massacre carried out by Turkish border guards.

The Turkish border guards opened fire on the civilians as they tried to cross into the Turkish territory at the Syrian – Turkish border near Khirbet al-Joz village in the northern countryside of Jisr al-Shughur.

The death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, it is worth mentioning that the Turkish border guards have committed and are committing massacres against several refugees fleeing from the brutality of the regime and its bombardment since the beginning of the year, which have claimed the lives of tens of people and injured others.
