(Muslim Press) - North Korea has rejected fresh negotiations over its nuclear program.North Korean foreign ministry says negotiations are off the table until a truce is signed to mark the end of the Korean War, which ended in 1953. The treaty should include stipulations such as: " No issue in which the countries concerned including the US are interested can be settled unless a peace treaty is concluded before anything else. " Pyongyang made this statement a day after Seoul and Washington said that they are open to negotiations with North Korea on sanctions relief in exchange for a serious commitment from them about an abandonment of its nuclear ambitions.Recommended:North, South Korea talk to resume today
